AI Ticket Bot v2.4.1 is a polish release: no new feature this time, just your Discord ticket bot doing what it already does more accurately and with fewer rough edges. Nexus follows your training much more closely, the Web widget page in the dashboard was rebuilt, widget tickets now close themselves when they go quiet, and the homepage got a redesign.

Nexus sticks to your training

Nexus got a real jump in how closely it follows what you have taught it. Answers lean on your own knowledge base far more than before, with overall accuracy up by roughly 50 percent, so it guesses less and pulls from your docs, FAQ, and rules more. Nexus runs on its own version track, so this landed on its own, with nothing for you to switch on. It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

The Web widget page, rebuilt

The Web widget page in your dashboard was redesigned and reorganized around the order you actually set things up in, so allowed domains, branding, and behavior are easier to find and easier to understand. The live widget no longer loads on the dashboard page itself.

Verification got better too. The Cloudflare check that runs before a visitor can start a chat is more stable now, so fewer people get stuck before they reach your AI.

Widget tickets go quiet the same way Discord tickets do

Tickets that arrive through the web widget now have their own inactivity system, working the same way as the one for Discord tickets. A widget conversation that goes silent gets handled and closed on its own instead of sitting open in your queue forever.

Cleaner ticket filters

The ticket filters in the dashboard got a small rework and a clearer design, so narrowing down a long ticket list takes less squinting. The rest of the dashboard picked up a few design tweaks along the way.

A new homepage

aiticketbot.com got a homepage redesign: same product, clearer story about what the bot does, what the AI does, and where to start.

Fixes

  • Neurons show the right numbers. Neurons now display correctly in the AI workspace and in the AI information view.
  • Widget handoff works properly. Handing a widget ticket over to a human now behaves correctly from both Discord and the dashboard.
  • Recent errors are cleared. The issues reported in the bot since the last release are fixed.

Update now

Everything here rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall or reconfigure. The rebuilt Web widget page and the new ticket filters are waiting in your dashboard, and the pricing page has the details if you need Premium for the widget. If you missed the last one, it is here: AI Ticket Bot v2.4.
